1. WHAT IS ERLYN’S TAX SCHOOL CURRICULUM?

A. At Erlyn’s Tax School, we will prepare you to become an expert Tax Preparer! Our course will cover the topics listed below:

2. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM THIS COURSE?

A. Our course entails the basic Income Tax information. We will also be offering continuing education for Tax Preparers who would like to brush up their skills on additional topics ranging from the sale of a home to tax resolution. Due to COVID, classes are currently being held virtually for your convenience. You will receive a one on one training with Erlyn, gaining insight and over 25 years of experience! 3. WHEN ARE CLASSES BEING OFFERED?

A. For the 2023 year, courses will be offered in: July 25th. 5 weeks virtually.

4. WHAT IS THE COST OF THE CLASS?

A. There is a $225 Non-Refundable Prepaid Deposit for your e-books and supplies which is required at the time of enrollment. Tuition must be paid in full prior to the start of class.

5. ARE BILINGUAL SERVICES OFFERED?

A. Yes, we offer our classes both in English and Spanish.

6. WHAT’S THE ATTENDANCE POLICY?

A. Students are recommended to arrive 15 min prior in order to prevent disrupting the learning environment of their fellow peers. Per IRS standards for accreditation, students are not allowed to miss more than three classes or 6 hours whichever is greater.

7. IF CLASSES HAVE STARTED, CAN I STILL REGISTER?

A. Students are not recommended from beginning a course once the first week of lecture has begun.

8. MAY I OBTAIN CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS IF I’M ALREADY A TAX PREPARER?

A. Yes. Please contact us at our email listed below in order to obtain further information of when these courses will be offered.

9. WHAT ARE THE CLASS REQUIREMENTS?

A. As per the IRS guidelines, every student must be 18 years old, a U.S. Citizen or Resident, and hold a valid PTIN for the working year. This course will be reported to the IRS for certification.
